The Week We Learned How to Scale
During Miami’s busiest week, our team orchestrated six simultaneous productions across the city, including a multi-day ABFC conference with full staging, professional audio, LED displays, and generator power.
The Challenge
In 2023, while producing the ABFC conference, we were simultaneously managing five additional productions across Miami—conferences, activations, live entertainment, and DJs. Coordinating equipment, transportation, crews, and schedules became a real-world test of our ability to scale without compromising quality. An unexpected planning misunderstanding added complexity to an already demanding week.
