Our office hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Event and production hours vary depending on each project’s schedule.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure availability and ensure we can accommodate your request. However, same-day bookings may be available depending on equipment and team availability.
There is no minimum event duration. Our rental rates are based on a single event day, so the price remains the same whether your event lasts one hour or several hours. Multi-day events are priced per day.
Yes, setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee. For certain equipment, professional setup and breakdown by our team are required to ensure proper and safe installation.
We carry professional equipment from trusted brands, including RCF, L-Acoustics, AlphaTheta, QSC, Electro-Voice, Turbosound, Technics, Soundcraft, Shure, Chauvet, Behringer, and more. Specific brands and models are subject to availability.
We do not require an upfront damage deposit. However, customers must complete a credit card authorization form allowing us to charge the card used for payment for any repair or replacement costs resulting from damaged, lost, or missing equipment.
Yes, extensions may be available for an additional fee, depending on equipment availability. Simply contact your event specialist to request an extension and confirm availability.
